His research lies in the field of software engineering with a focus on automatic program repair, AI on code and program hardening. Neural Program Repair consists of producing software patches with neural networks and recently large language models. We will present an overview of our recent contributions in the space, highlighting the key challenges in designing representations, training networks and meaningfully evaluating effectiveness.
